The team started training after the U19WFC in Uppsala. Due to the pandemic, there was very little time to prepare. Most of the players were born in 2003 and 2004. However, we have young players. The youngest player was born in 2007. Four of these players played in the WFC last year. The main goal of the tournament is to remain among the top eight nations in floorball.
Nuria Gerbuzh is a very young player (born in 2007) with great speed. She is a strong defender who can also shoot. She loves challenges and looks forward to competition.
Janika Willingmann is our captain. She has a lot of experience in the latest WFC U19 tournament as well as in the 2021 WFC Women’s National Team. Janika is a courageous player and incredibly quick defender who leads the team on and off the pitch.
Louise Deesener is a shooter. She has excellent technique, which helps her to overtake opponents and get the ball into the net. She is very experienced and has played in one U19 WFC and one Women’s WFC.
