Details

Roll wrapped tube is manufactured using multiple layers of prepreg carbon fiber materials. Most of our larger diameters tubing are made by roll-wrapped technology, because of their alternating layers of reinforcement that could keep the tubing with a more resilient performance, especially to crush and twist forces. We are also able customize the fiber layers according to customer’s requirements.

Qualifications

Using powered platen rolling presses to construct the tube, and CNC tape winders for consolidation.Curing of tubes under heat and pressure in high temp ovens with data loggers. The larger diameters tubing are produced according to a proprietary sheet winding process, that could guarantee our tubing within tight tolerances.

We offer stock, build-to-order, and custom carbon fiber tubes in multiple diameters. Custom tooling can be made to order for reasonable cost.
